Bringing New Life
to a Real Estate Icon.
London’s South Bank is a sought after location for its proximity to arts, culture, and the River Thames. When new ownership took over the instantly recognizable landmark, they reinvigorated the space through an elevated entrance experience designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid. To generate widespread awareness and interest, Southbank Tower needed a brand experience that would transport audiences to envision themselves living in London’s South Bank.
The Building Blocks
of a New Brand.
Kley collaborated with real estate investment firm, Jackyl, who acquired Southbank Tower to bring their vision of luxury to life through a new brand identity, visual system, and experience-driven website. To express luxury living distinctly, we created an experience that surpassed the space’s features and functions to connect with prospective residents.
We approached everything through a connected system of elegance, working hand-in-hand with Zaha Hadid’s team to ensure the brand identity and visual design seamlessly aligned with the building’s architectural updates.
The brand identity was inspired by the building’s central location and proximity to the Thames, while the logo was inspired by and subtly referenced an aerial view of the building plan.
The New Website.
The majority of buyers interested in owning a part of Southbank Tower resided outside London – from Europe to China, the Middle East, and beyond. Because of this distance, the new site needed to empower users to feel immersed in the Southbank Tower experience. We executed this by displaying the breathtaking views unique to each unit, using dynamic video and time-lapse photography to capture the essence and lifestyle of world-class, luxury living.
A Series of
We wanted to build upon the vision of luxury, by showcasing experiences or micro-moments. Kley directed a series of videos to bring the five-star amenities to life.
